What Is Tampa Am?
Tampa Am has been an event that is basically designed for skating enthusiasts since 1995. This event is organized annually by Rapper Le Wayne in the US for the skate amateur. The primary purpose of this event is to provide a platform for skate enthusiasts to compete, win, and become pros. Thus, it gives them a forum in which skaters can build up their skating skills and make their name in the world of skating champions. Generally, it organizes two major events annually which are Tampa Am and Tampa Pro. It begins with the simple rails and ramps competition then moves towards the thrilling pros competition such as multiple rails, hard terrains, funbox pyramids, etc. The rules or courses are modified every year before beginning the event of “Annual Tampa Am”.

Criteria For Skating In Tampa Am
Tampa Am event provides a great opportunity for both male and female skaters to do their skating skills from throughout the world. There are different criteria for the selection of newbies or professional skaters to skate each day of competition. In 2022, the Tampa Am will adopt a two-tiered qualification system. The first tier, called the Open Qualifier, is open to anyone. The top 200 scorers from the Open Qualifier will advance to the second tier, called the Official Tampa Am, which will be held in person at the Skatepark of Tampa.
